This evening will be a chance to connect to the inner peace available with our own hearts. So this Christmas you feel fully present, loved & connected. Navigate the habits of your mind to clear out anything holding you back from feeling truly abundant. A feeling we can not see in a scan or test but we KNOW, that feeling within that everything is safe, aligned magic & free flowing. Living life with an inner smile you cant contain. Suitable for all levels this can be done seated on a chair or on a yoga mat. The only thing you need is to make the choice to see what happens, to turn up, to trust something that isn’t mainstream & the rest works its magic naturally no matter how old you are, how experienced you are…. you deserve inner peace and joy beyond words.
