Flow & Glow walks are a combination of Lauren & Annas love for nature, exercise & connection. Expect lots of laughs with some added breathwork & energising morning practised to fuel our walks in nature.
Meeting others on the same mindset of using our days off to re-charge, calm the mind & make the inner glow bright!
